House selection
In Abruzzo Italy, the primary grape is the Montepulciano. This grape makes a fruity, dark, very aromatic wine with pepper and spice notes.
Cabernet Franc from the central Loire Valley. Notes of red berry fruit, pepper, and pencil shavings. A Lovely example of the gracefulness that Cabernet Franc can achieve in great Terroir
From the Southern Rhone, this wine is whole cluster co-fermented Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. Lovely notes of peony and herbs de provence.
70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. A beautiful bouquet of plum, blackberry abd a hint of raspberry unfolds amidst earth, herbs, and olives
Ripe plum, cherry, and pomegranate lead into herbal notes of thyme and oregano. black pepper and dry fall leaves roudn out this wine, accompanied by velvent tannins and bright acidity
REserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley. Aromas and flavors of black cheerry, anise, tobacco, and cocoa, with a lush texture and soft elegant tannins
From Columbia Valley vineyards, this Syrah is fermented with 76% whole cluster inclusion. It's Bouquet presents true berry fruit and floral hints. Bouyant in the mount. Gramercy Cellars.
From the Pays d'Oc, this rosé is based on the Cinsault grape. Lilting and focused notes of strawberry and citrus make this dry wine a true refresher.

From the Macon, the southern part of Brugundy, France. Lovely bouquet of crisp yet ripe citrus notes. Rich yet dry with mineral nuances.
Chablis is Chardonnay from France, grown in soil made of decomposed Kimmeridgian limestone. This limestone is made up of prehistoric oyster beds, which gives the wine a lively seashore complexity.
From the Tourain region of the Loire Valley. Ripe and vigourous bouquet of grapefruit zest and gooseberry, with bright, clean, stone-fruit flavors.
From the Chenin Blanc grape, this wine has that great acid and fruit balance that is the hallmark of a Vouvray. Apples and beeswax with a minerale finish.
34% Roussane, 33% Grenache Blanc and 33% Viognier from Les Collines in the Walla Walla Valley. Bright and refreshing with lots of stone fruit and white flower complexity.
Along with honeydew and lemon, this wine has a bit of cucumber crunch, lentil, and sorrel bitterness so typical of Gruner Veltliner. A great summer wine, and so compatible with garden produce.
Champagne. Truly lovely, with a satiny bead and hints of sweet spices, pears, hazelnuts, and lemon zest, with a creamy finish.
100% Cabernet Franc. Pale cherry with tart fruit and hints of rose petal, it has a gentle yeastiness accompanying its effusive effervesence.
Limoux in southwestern France, is the birthplace of sparlling wine, beating champagne out by some 80 years. Notes of granny smith apples and yeasty lees.
